These are the licence classes you can obtain with us
Motorcycle
A1
- Minimum age 16
- Motorcycle up to 125 cc
- No more than 11 kW power output
A2
- Minimum age 18
- Motorcycle up to 35 kW
- Power-to-weight ratio max. 0.2 kW/kg
A
- Minimum age 24* (direct entry)
- all motorcycles
*different age limits apply for step-up licences or trikes
Car
B/BF
- Minimum age 18 / 17 for BF (accompanied driving)
- for vehicles up to 3,500 kg permissible total mass
Class B can be further divided into three additional categories:
- B197
- B78
- B
Costs, duration and number of lessons
The cost of a driver’s licence is highly individual and depends, among other things, on the licence class and the number of driving lessons you need. This also affects how quickly you get from registration to passing your test.
We recommend allowing at least 6 months.
